PACE Aged Care is committed to sharing a culture of care with four Central Coast based organisations choosing to come together to collaborate on the best way to deliver quality aged care and support services to people of the Central Coast.

After attending a workshop of community organisations on the Central Coast in 2013, discussions in respect of how a number of local organisations may be able to assist each other in the industry of aged care and support services on the Central Coast was raised. Later that year an agreement was reached with four founding organisations agreeing to collaborate under a shared services organisational model.

As a result, PACE Aged Care was born with an aim to provide the perfect environment for organisations to share resources, training, development, administration and opportunities for growth and increased career pathways.

Together the PACE Aged Care group offer quality, person centred care for aged veterans, disabled and elderly persons on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The organisations jointly offer a variety of services including residential aged care, independent living, respite and dementia specific care and community ageing services.

Peninsula Village is a group of three Central Coast retirement villages, offering retirees and those with high care needs a fresh approach to supported living in a beautifully appointed village-style environment. With three distinct levels of care – aged care, palliative care and self-care – there’s something to suit the needs of every senior community member. Adelene Retirement Village is an independent retirement village located in Wyoming. Central Coast Community Care Association (CCCCA) operates two aged care facilities located at Killarney Vale and Charmhaven.  CCCCA strive to provide high quality care that optimises individual wellbeing for each of their clients. The facilities of CCCCA offer permanent residential care as well as respite care to a total of 80 residents and provide an extensive range of services and activities designed to enhance the lifestyle of each resident. www.cccca.org.au  

Evergreen Life Care is a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to providing professional and quality residential, care and support services to cater for aged and disabled people of all needs and lifestyles.
